Security and Trust

A high-level overview of the safeguards Cyted uses to protect accounts, workspaces, and connected data.

Effective: September 1, 2026Last updated: September 1, 2026

Cyted uses layered safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the service. This page describes our approach at a high level and does not create a warranty or guarantee.

Account and access protection

  • Authentication and session controls protect access to accounts and workspaces.
  • Workspace and brand access is scoped through application authorization and database-level controls.
  • Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel and protected through appropriate access controls.
  • Security events, failures, and unusual activity may be logged and monitored for investigation and abuse prevention.

Data protection

  • Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Sensitive WordPress connection credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Backups, logs, and provider systems are managed with retention and access controls appropriate to their purpose.
  • Third-party providers are evaluated for their role in hosting, payments, authentication, AI processing, monitoring, and connected workflows.

Secure development and operations

We use code review, dependency maintenance, environment separation, rate limiting, input validation, security headers, and operational monitoring as part of our development and production practices. Safeguards evolve as the service and threat environment change.

Your responsibilities

Use strong, unique credentials; protect invitations and tokens; grant only the permissions needed for connected services; review WordPress changes before publishing; and notify us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Report a vulnerability

Email suspected security vulnerabilities or exposed credentials to support@cyted.app. Please include steps to reproduce, affected URLs or accounts, and any relevant evidence. Do not include live secrets or personal data unless necessary. We may acknowledge, investigate, and coordinate remediation based on severity and impact.

No certification claim

Cyted does not make a claim on this page that it holds SOC 2, ISO 27001, or another independent security certification. Contact support@cyted.app for security questions or available enterprise security information.
